Do you run background checks?
No. We do not run a background check. All long-term applicants must fill out our application and pay for their deposit.
Do you have security cameras?
Yes! We have cameras all throughout our community to ensure everything is on the up and up!

How do you collect payment?
We are in 2022 so fortunately for you, it’s all digital! No cash or checks will be accepted. We utilize an online reservation software to keep track of your stay and payments.
Do you have on-site management?
We do have on-site management but everything is handled via phone call and off-site maintenance staff. Cameras are monitored 24/7 along with calls.
Refund Policy?
We understand situations occur and you may need to cancel. Please find below our strict cancellation policy..
1. 30% Fee of your total reservation upon cancellation of any reservation, no exception.
2. 100% Fee (No refund) if you check in and need to check out immediately for any reason.

Pet Policy
2 Pets Max per RV. Additional pet fees of $25 per pet are applied.
All pets must be leashed at all times
All pets must be up to date on shots
Under no circumstance are pets allowed to be unleashed.*Premium lots allow you to keep your dog gated inside your own lot
Do you accept cash or checks?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or checks.
Can I reserve a site without parking my camper?
Yes, we do offer the ability to lock your site in. We understand that because we are the only RV Park in Dallas offering such privacy and seclusion that there are people who may want to reserve the site for a (1) year or multiple months at a time. We are happy to accommodate these requests.

Do you offer any other amentities?
We do not have any on-site amenities. We do not have laundry or shower rooms. We offer full hook-ups to each site only.
Do you offer full hook-up at the RV Site?
We offer full RV site hook-ups at each site with 30/50 amp hookups, water, and sewer.
